Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

LabsInvestor.com (the “Site”) is operated by Labs Investor Group, LLC (“LIG,” “we,” “us”), a subsidiary of Labs Companies, Inc. By accessing the Site — including its access gate — you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access the Site.

2. Access

While the Site is in private preview it is credentialed; access passwords are furnished individually and may not be shared. LIG may suspend or revoke access at any time, with or without notice.

3. Deck submissions

If you send materials to pitch@labsinvestor.com or funds@labsinvestor.com, you represent that you may share them and that they are not submitted in confidence. Sending materials creates no obligation on LIG, no advisory or fiduciary relationship, and no agreement of any kind. LIG reviews materials at its sole discretion and may decline without response.

4. No offer of securities; no advice

LIG has made no investments to date; the first close is expected in 2026, with the debut in 2027. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any fund or vehicle, nor investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Any offering will be made solely to qualified participants through the definitive documents governing that offering.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and all content on it — text, graphics, logos, emblems, wordmarks, and software — are the property of Labs Investor Group, LLC, with all rights reserved to Labs IP, LLC, by way of Labs IP Management, L.L.C. No license or other right is granted by your access to the Site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site; attempt to bypass the access gate or any security measure; scrape or bulk-download content; or use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Forward-looking statements — including fund timing — are subject to change. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision; continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
